Reservation Policy
We do our best to take care of our customers and feel the following policy gives us the chance to do just that. If you have reserved 1 or only a few rooms, our cancellation policy is 48 hours in advance. However as much time in advance that we could be given would be greatly appreciated. If you have 4 rooms or more, it takes us much longer to try and resale those rooms than 48 hours. Our policy is 30 days in advance. We realize certain circumstances change the outcome of being able to go on vacation and we will do our best to resale those rooms. If we can resale the rooms, we will not charge our customers for the rooms that were resold. If you reserve RV spots, the same principle applies.
